Business Development Director
Directly report to the CEO, your key role is to expand market share. You will be representing of the company and will be dedicated to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and developing strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities
- Develop a growth strategy focused on customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with customers
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring guidelines of company
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
- As a true entrepreneur, you mobilize multiple actors (pre-sales managers, experts, project managers, R&D team, etc.) to develop innovative and winning proposals for our clients
- Catch-up new technologies, digital techniques and provide recommendation for adoption where appropriate
- Participate to other Company’s projects from time to time.
Skills/Experience
- Bachelor/Master degree in Business administration, Marketing, Economics, Management or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in the same position
- Experience in the IT sector/ IT project is highly regarded
- Experience in customer support, market research
- Good knowledge of IT sector, technology trends, market; understand about the universe of Free Software is highly regarded
- Good knowledge in project management
- Excellent communication skills, oral & written Vietnamese and English; French is a plus
- A high level of autonomy and responsibilities
- Proactive and takes initiatives
- Spirit of conquest, sense of commitment, rigor, technical curiosity, commercial talent, ability to handle complex long-cycle business.
